I prefer this school to UC Davis, but as a premed, I worry that I will struggle to find both clinical/hospital experience and research opportunities. I’m aware that they have something in this regard but wonder if it is so competitive that I will struggle to get into anything…
This is very important to me. I understand that medical schools don’t care so much about the particular school you are applying from…but I do think that each school would provide different opportunities.
UC Davis is in a boring location with poor weather. I was not impressed by the campus and I thought that some of the people I came across there were fairly rude. However, everyone is recommending I attend there because there are plenty of opportunities to build my resume…
