Are these Extracurricular Activities okay?

I have been working on my freshman transfer application, and I was hoping to hear some feedback on the extracurricular activities that I listed. Perhaps my main concern is that some are too closely related to be listed individually. (I realize that there is a separate transfer thread, but I feel as though this is not a matter specific to transfers.)

  1. Pianist/altar server, Sunday Mass
  2. Multi-instrumentalist, has provided accompaniment for weddings/funerals
  3. Pianist/xylophonist, high school jazz band
  4. Actively researches music theory via YouTube
  5. Recorded electronic remix of John Coltrane's "My Favorite Things"
  6. Video editor, various uploads to YouTube, helped friend edit drum cover video
  7. Private Japanese lessons with my father
  8. Dietary aide, nursing home (work)
  9. United Nations New York field program
  10. National Honor Society, involvement includes food drives, Thanksgiving meal preparations, blood drives

Are the music-related activities too similar to each other, that they don’t deserve their own spots? Also, I was involved with co-curricular clubs during high school (cross-country, theater), but I feel as though I never found any passion/showed any leadership with those.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
