are these good awards?

<p>i dont know much about college admissions and stuff but i'm an asian gurrll and i was wondering how much these awards are good for MIT:</p>

<p>~the royal board piano thing...level7
~USABO semifinalist
~columbia science honors program</p>

<p>yeah i have a lot of state top 5 math and science awards, too, from state competitions.</p>

<p>so i was wondering if these count for anything, really, or does it have to be like USABOFinalist for it to start counting?</p>

<p>Trust me, they all count. It's not like they take a black marker to your app and cross out anything less "prestigious" (which is a BS word, btw) than [fill in BS prestigious award people are far too obsessed with here].</p>
