Are these good Online Industrial Engineering graduate programs?

I'm interested in a masters in Industrial Engineering but need to do it online. Some visits to the campus are ok. I was trying to keep total tuition under $30k.

What is the difference in a school like

Lawrence Tech University
Industrial Engineering Requirements - Lawrence Tech

which doesn't require the GRE, NOT ranked in US News top 50 Industrial Engineering graduate programs but is one of three making the US News online engineering honor roll: http://premium.usnews.com/education/online-education/engineering/honor-roll-rankings?

Compare that to a top IE program: University of Wisconsin's IE program, ranked #7 (http://premium.usnews.com/best-graduate-schools/top-engineering-schools/industrial-engineering-rankings) by US news and also one of the three online honor roll programs but also does not require a GRE.

And finally, how would New Mexico State's online industrial engineering program (NMSU: Department of Industrial Engineering) compared to either of the above. It is not ranked not ranked in US News. But does have an impressive list of employers that graduates find work at NMSU: Department of Industrial Engineering.

How important is the GRE to employers...or do they even care? Also, any input on the reputation of Lawrence Tech and NM state would be helpful.
