Are these rates for the whole year?

<p>cause if they are (it seems to say so), that means i over-calculated my budget (i based it on what was at cost.ua.edu)…that is i calculated $3750 per semester, not per year</p>

<p>if so, after a stafford loan of 5500$ and scholarships, UA would only cost $694 out of pocket for me for the first year…that’s insane!</p>
