Are these "safe" enough?

Hey guys. Based on stats alone, are UC Davis, University of Puget Sound, and Lewis & Clark "safe" enough for me? I'd be really happy going to any of these schools, and I'm just really worried because, well, I'm a senior applying to colleges, haha.

In-state California. ELC-evaluated but not accepted.

All scores show up on my transcript, but I'm submitting ACT:
SAT: CR: 700, M: 620, W: 710; 2030
ACT: E: 34, M: 30, R: 32, S: 25, W: 11/34, C: 30
SAT II (scores not out): Math 2, Lit, USH

School:
Rank: no clue, last time I checked, I was 8/475, but we have a new system and people taking weighted community college courses just got their stuff inputted. I definitely am top 4%, though, but maybe not top 10 people anymore.
GPA: (estimated) 3.83 UW, 4.4 W (valedictorian should have 4.0UW and 4.8something W but it's with weighted college courses)

Thanks!

I have no clue about the others but UPS seems pretty to very safe :)

Thanks! =) I think I just needed reassurance. So much stress! Haha.

Yeah, those are good safeties for you.
