Are these schools even within my reach?

I got a 1040 on my SAT's (510M/530CR), yes I know it's a low score. I'm retaking this Oct to get a better score.
My 10-12 weighted GPA is a 3.8
I've taken a total of three AP classes, (Euro, Chem, Stats)
Two honors courses (geometry/English)

Sports editor of my school paper my freshman year
Vice president of a community outreach club my sophomore year
ASB treasurer my junior year
Varsity basketball player for all four years of high school, a captain for three
Track/field team member
Link Crew leader 11th/12th
National Honor Society member
& I've logged well over 200 hours of community service

I live in Northern California and I'm planning on applying to Sac State, San Francisco State, SDSU, UC Davis, UCSD, and UC Berkeley (a reach for many but it won't hurt to try), but my top choice is definitely San Diego State. I'm planning on majoring in Political Science but applying for ISCOR at SDSU.

Are these schools even within my reach at this point?

You need to calculate your UC/CSU GPA: <a href=“GPA Calculator for the University of California – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/</a>
I am guessing your UC/CSU GPA may be around your the 3.8 weighted. Your GPA is on target or above for the Cal States, but on the low side for the UC’s along with your low SAT.
If you calculate your Eligibility index; (CSU GPA x 800) + (SAT Math + SAT CR) it looks to be around 4000.

Sac State/SF State: Low Match
SDSU: Match
UCD: Low Reach
UCB/UCSD: Reach
Good Luck and get that SAT score up.
