Many at MIT do have scores like that.
But do understand that test scores are often used as an initial “check the box” to indicate the applicant is capable of handling the MIT rigor. After that it’s on to the rest of the application which is far more important to determine if the adcoms think you’ll be a good match for the school.
You may want to try and improve your RW score, since 75% of enrolled students have a score above 680. Your remaining scores are fine.
I thought his Math 2 and Physics scores were a little low, only an 800. MIT students are always asked to do the impossible!!!
