Are these strong extracurriculars? and which should i include in my application?

-Debate team (grade 10-12, 4 hours a week, 44 weeks per year) my partner and i won multiple medals of achievement throughout our time on debate

-(planning to do this, already have applied to several very similar programs) Scientific research (40 hours a week for 7 weeks in the summer before my senior year) conducted research at a biomedical research facility; wrote a research abstract abstract and research poster

-Angel Ambassadors (grade 10-12, 5 hours a week, 48 weeks per year). Held leadership position as a coordinator in grade 11 and level leader in grade 12. Volunteered at various events and fairs, aided the Admissions office; i personally oversaw ~60 other members

-Newspaper (grade 10-12, 2 hours a week, 44 weeks per year) Wrote articles for my school newspaper, the AHA Voice, focusing on topics related to STEM. Also peer-edited articles written by other members of the club

-Peer Tutor (grade 10-12, 2 hours a week) tutored students in grades 9 and 10 in Chemistry, Geometry, and Algebra

-Outreach (community service club) (grade 10-12, 1 hour a week, 40 weeks a year) Raised funds and goods (such as food and clothing) for UNICEF and other similar nonprofit organizations through drives, sales, and other events. I was homeroom representative for 2 homerooms

-(planning to do this, already applied to 3 different hospitals) Volunteer at local hospital (grade 11-12, 5 hours a week, 40 weeks a year).

I’m also in National Honor Society and National Science Honor Society, but im putting these under academic distinctions/honors.

So do you think these are good extracurriculars? and which should i include on my application? all of them?

Include the 5-6 ones that are most important to you, in that order. No one really is going to care about your 8th or 9th activity. It’s fine to leave blanks. Your readers will thank you – not think that you were lazy.

thanks!
