Are these UC's good for my grades?

Hey guys , let me just get straight down to business by writing my resume. I'm applying to four UCs (Santa Baraba, Davis, Irvine & Berkeley) and i was just wondering if it would be to my advantage to apply anywhere else in the UC system or in the state of California...I am a Canadian citizen and I will also be applying to UBC and SFU but i need more aid with UCs

Here are my grades:

State GPA: 3.833

-I teach Viola to neighborhood kids for $ weekly

-4 on BIO AP test

1850 ( i know its weak, but I'm retaking in December; lets just assume that this is my highest score though)
SAT II:

Math level 2: 690

Um, do you guys think i have a chance at any UCs? i know SAT's are a little on the low side, but im hoping my college GPA will help..
what do you guys think?

MUCH appreciated!!

P.S. im thinking about becoming a dentist, so which major would be best?

thanks again!

By the way, i posted in the "What Are My Chances" forum but that is very inactive, so i thought i should post here... i dont wanna be messed up but nobody responded on that forum. thanks anyway!
