<p>In precalc I we learned sum and difference formulas, and double angle- product sum formulas. I found these formulas hard, and I have never had trouble with math before. Are these topics used in Calc AB? Should I memorize these formulas and get better? Or don't bother? Someone told me that in Calc AB you just need to know your identities and not the formulas. Is that true?</p>
