Are those IGCSE scores up to MIT standards?

Hello everyone :)
After two long months (almost 3) I finally received my scores from Cambridge
My results were
ICT: A*
Global perspective: A
Geography: A
Literature (English): B
English first language: B
French: A*
Maths: A
Biology: A (2% from an A)
Physics: A
This represents a great improvement compared to my first term as a freshman, when i got:
ICT: N/A (I was not doing it yet)
Global Perspectives: C
Geography: B
English (lang and lit): D
French: B
Maths: A
Biology: A
Physics: C
Before my freshman year i used to go to an italian school, and therefore i barely spoke any english, which was the reason for my low grades. I'm wondering if MIT will acknowledge the improvement that i have done in two years or will just look at the scores. Moreover will the 2 Bs in english hurt me even though it is not my mother tongue?

Your fine man
