<p>Why do you ask? I think it’s impossible to be in both categories simultaneously, and either you fall into one category, the other, or neither. Both give a person a bit of leg up, but I think it’s really hard to say which is “preferable”. The candidates in question may have a bunch of similarities and differences which are hard to put on a balance scale.</p>
