I have the ability to read really fast, though the words just tend to blur together in my head and I don’t absorb it. So I have to make sure to read every single word in a sentence, and even so, I read at a medium pace.

Fast for fun reading
Mediumish if I actually have to concentrate. If I read stuff I have to concentrate too quickly, I don’t absorb it and have to reread it again ( this happened a lot in ap world history lol)

I read at a moderate to slow pace. If I’m having a good day, I can absorb everything while reading at a decently fast pace. I prefer reading slower, though.

Extremely slow reader. This is one of the things I would like to change as I spend many unnecessary hours reading or annotating when it could be done quicker.

I can read fast, but I typically reserve reading fast for leisurely reading. If I have to read a book for some English test or whatever, I have to read slowly.

For school, I read slow.
But for my own reading, I can read reallllly quickly. This is actually kinda embarassing to admit but I haven’t been feeling well so i just spent the last 3 days at home and read 13 books… hahah major nerd

I’m moderately fast. Also, it depends on the book I’m reading. If I’m reading modern fiction, I can read really fast. But, when I’m reading non-fiction I’m a little bit slower.

Super super fast.
I remember reading “Holes” in less than two hours.

I have two types of reading; leisurely enjoyment ( I read and savour the plot), or just skimming, fly-by reading. I usually spend around a minute per page, so a whole book is only a matter of hours.

The more you read, the faster you can read. And you also know when to slow down and anticipate something unexpected… or interesting.
