Are you allowed to change your major at BS?

<p>Can I apply as a marketing major, using all of my marketing qualifications and experience...but then when I get there, just switch to finance?</p>

<p>If not, how can I compete with students who have finance backgrounds and how can I explain my desire to switch careers? (money)</p>

<p>Are you doing an MBA? I think you can select your specialization after you're accepted to the MBA program... if you have a passion for finance, then go for it, but if it's just for money, you may find that finance isn't your favorite subject.</p>
