Are you going to UCI?

i'm going with mesa too probably

If anyone wants to add me on FB. Im on that UCI Class of 2013 group..
look for me on
Discussion Board-> first choice-> im the second post on March 13, 2009 at 5:46pm.... All specific.... LMAO! =D
Im really friendly and pretty cool to know a few people who are going :)

I am going to MESA COURT TOO!! :D

Really? for some reason i'm drawn to middle earth, i'm hoping i'd join some Lord of the Rings Nerds xD!

But i did hear that Mesa Court rooms are bigger o:

(by the way i'm the 3rd person in that FB topic :D)

cookiekahn i'm really drawn to middle earth too. i know some peeps that live there and absolutely love it. they're not exactly Lord of the Ring nerds though and of course they claim ME is better than MC. location is right next to campus, easy access to the ARC recreation center. not to mention better food i hear.

Yeah Middle earth does sound nice, but isn't it smaller?

Hmm i think i'm going to need a campus tour before i start deciding but right now if i had to choose i'd probably go with Middle earth

i visited and i remember seeing a basketball court in the middle of someplace. i want to live there! haha

which dorms are sorta nerdy but still kinda chill?

dork---middle earth

The basketball court is at ME. MC has volleyball courts.

Sizes of rooms vary according to phase (i.e., when they were built), especially at MC.

theres a volleyball court at ME too
hahaha fun times :)

i dont really believe in the type of people living in this dorm and that. either dorm you live in you'll find whatever kind of people you want to meet. dorky, smart, partier, whatever. to me at least, it just depends on what you are most comfortable living locationwise.

Yeah I hope i can decide right then and there where i'm gonna live (when i visit)
because i've just been hearing too many opinions about it

yeah i definitely am going to discover uci to get a good feel for the dorms

You're right, Indiowho... and they say there's a basketball court at MC behind Selva.

I just want the gym, unfortunately.. the ARC is near ME instead of MC. But.. it's okay. Since I am going to the School of Ecology, 20 minutes walking will do me some good exercise ^_^

Anybody thinking of being on the Music theme? or the PErforming Arts theme?

I am!

i havent heard back from uci which is killing me!!! and my major is businesss management and dance (which i auditioned for). but i live in santa barbara and all i got to say is those of you debating whether to go to ucsb you better be able to resist the partying (isla vista) its pretty nutty. i wouldnt be able to do it! but its a great school otherwise but you have to visit to see if it clicks and roam around for a night and see wat youll be living in...all i got to say it really seek it out first you want no regrets:)

^ I suppose u want to go to UCI over CSUSB!

I know the dance program is pretty gnarly, especially if u get in on some of the musicals.

yea i really do! and i have danced ballet for 14 years and have a pretty incredible resume (not to be conceited) under the dance program so hopefully i get in...but at the moment im pretty discouraged :( but im trying to think positive...i refuse ucsb though cuz i live here!!
