Just curious...how much higher was everyone's out-of-pocket cost compared to their EFC? I think I read somewhere that GWU meets over 90% of need, but my out-of-pocket costs are about 7k higher than my EFC. Is everyone in a similar situation?

I ended up pretty well...out-of-pocket will end up being about 5k, EFC is ~3k.

Accepted and attending.. unless if at least one of my five waitlists come through...

My d received a 1/2 tuition presidential scholorship to GW but decided to go to Tufts instead. Also turned down NYU, BU and several other schools and was waitlisted at Vassar, Brandeis and Barnard but Tufts was always her (and our) #1. GW was a close second but the individual attention and professor interaction and global community emphasis at Tufts won out.
