Are you guys ready for April 1st?!?!?

I got mine at 9:40 but honestly the times don’t matter. As a SCEA deferred applicant, we discussed what the different times would mean in december and all it did was foster anxiety. Don’t be nervous because of the times.

omg i got my email at 10:13 am and someone else got it at 2 pm… i guess that means they like me more and im gonna get in and the other person wont!!!

My D got hers at 4:40 PM EST on March 22 (today). It is very late compared to other people.

^^ This.

Got mine at 5pm today. Last name T.

^Got mine at 12:40. Last name T…

I highly doubt they mean anything at all -_-

Obsessively on cc for weeks now & as 3/27 & 4/1 creep near, I can’t do much else!!! Need to know for Vassar, Smith, Wellesley, Mount Holyoke, Sarah Lawrence & a few others!! Transfer & non traditional applicant here…

For SCEA the differing times meant nothing, so it’s nothing to be anxious about!

I was the guy who brought up the whole ‘time of email’ thing during SCEA, and I can conclusively tell you - there is no correlation to acceptance whatsoever. So don’t fret.

Best of luck!

Question for scea kids: does the server crash when everybody is trying to log on to it? How does Princeton stagger it?

I don’t think the server crashed last year, but I’ll provide a bit of advice:
Don’t mistype your password three times due to nerves. If you do they lock you out for a period of time. Makes the wait even longer! (Yes, this did happen, but the final outcome was worth the wait!) :)

I applied SCEA. They only allow a certain number of people on at a time, so if the max number of people are logged in, then you just have to wait a minute. Which means, that if you are one of the first people to login, then exit quickly to let other people see their decisions, too!

in order to pass the time, everybody post something unique about themselves that they included in their application! me first - I was born in Cuba, speak fluent Spanish and English.

I learnt Braille over the summer so I could read books in class without the teachers catching me ;)

@dakoolaid thats genius!
I hustle cards at central park for fun (but i always give back the money).

@dakoolaid That’s so neat! I bet the adcoms loved that :P

Lucid dreamsssss

Did any of you see the Hunger Games??

I’m a typography nerd and can spot “Keep Calm and Carry On” fakes by the font.

I tried to estimate the amount of urine my bladder can hold before I had to go… (without peeing in a cup of course because that would be super gross)

I am applying for class of 2016, though I passed high school in 2007 ( yeah right, five years ago)…
