Are you happy in High School

Man, I LOVE my school. No homework, filled with complete stoners (they're totally hilarious), can nap in class, don't get in trouble for throwing things... I'm going to miss the fierce debates during lunch over politics, Harry Potter, religion, and X-men. Plus all the crazy things people here say, including the teachers.

Plus, my school is the safest school in the country. At least, that's how I feel. Because it's so filled with psychopaths that if anyone tried to shoot it up, I'd almost feel sorry for them. I'm still bummed about Zach being kicked out for bringing wolverine claws to school, though.

I dont like my school becauze it isnt challenging. You can get A if you work 14 days on an essay as well as if you work on it one night or download it from internet. There arent any extracuricullar opportunities and the school is 2 hour far from my home so Im waking up at 5:30 every morning.
I hope to change it soon... applying for another school now.

I generally do not like my high school. I only feel comfortable when I'm with my best friend or when I'm in my AP classes - the only classes where at least 90% of the students aren't total jerks. People are just so incredibly mean and nasty, they cheat constantly, and all they do is laugh about how they were so wasted the other night. Yeah, blacking out and not knowing where you are is really funny, lol. Ugh, I hate it. I want out. I have to say though I'm really relieved after finding this web site because I thought all teenagers were like the ones at my school.

Really love my HS school. "Four more years" chant :p

I don't like my high school.

I think stoners are hilarious. Laughing at them/comparing their futures to mine makes school tolerable. Haha.. that probably sounds horrible, but it's true.

i love to learn and i used to love school. I had a great group of friends and we did stuff together often, no matter how stupid (barn dances! woo!) and we always had fun. But then I was moved to another country in the middle of my senior year. Now I hate classes and I eat lunch in the bathroom to avoid this girl that like stalks me and is a compulsive liar and thinks i'm her best friend. GAH. I've survived 7 months of this nightmare though so i think i can stand 1 1/2 more days. :) But my old school was small and filled with military brats, and this school is GINORMOUS and filled with the typical stereotypes- preps, goths, jocks, nerds, etc. It's so stupid. I dont fit into any of those categories and therefore I disappear in the crowd. And the clubs meet for a half an hour once a month. Can you say pointless? And the first week I came, the ceiling started leaking brown smelly water in the main hallway, which they insisted was 'clean'. the second month a girl brought a gun to school but was so drunk they caught her before she used it. Then a couple of weeks after that, a girl died walking to school because she got hit by a car (second person to die via car this year). So I hate my school. HATE IT.

"I think stoners are hilarious. Laughing at them/comparing their futures to mine makes school tolerable. Haha.. that probably sounds horrible, but it's true."

Plus they think they are so smart.

Now, I'm not saying all people who smoke are stupid, but it gets annoying as hell when potheads think they're all smart when it comes to legalization etc.

I'm happy.

I wish we were more competitive. I'm the only one who met the qualifications for National Merit for freshman/sophmore year. It's kind of sad.

i love the classes/teachers/campus. i hate a few people who are just ridiculous i.e we have a decent sized, blatantly racist population ("hicks"). last may we actually had several race riots on campus stemming from people draping themselves in the american flag on cinco de mayo, shouting out some pretty horrible things about latinos/african americans. those people make high school suck.

i love my high school
its on a college campus and the last two years we get to take college classes :D and it's small the graduating class of this year is 46 people

No, I am not happy. I wish I could just go to college right now, but I still have one more year. I think I was ready to go to college last year. This past year, and next year, are just a waste of time. I haven't learned anything worthwhile or something that I wouldn't learn in college. I can't wait to learn stuff that I care about and things that are actually useful for life in college.

I like my high school because I like learning.

But... well, have you seen Shrek the Third by any chance? If you have, then the high school Artie was found at is EXACTLY like mine. No, I haven't heard anyone say "ewth," but you get the idea. The stereotypical jocks, cheerleaders, nerds - people who actually think "normal" exists... I want to beat my head on a rock when I think of some of my classmates sometimes.
