<p>I dont' really know what to make of this school. I did the college visit and live about 30 minutes away but I just have mixed feelings? Do you enjoy going here? Do you regret not going to another school?</p>
<p>I kind of want to go to Pitt but it's pretty expensive for out-of-state. </p>
<p>I really hate the new brunswick area and I feel like everyone who goes there are the people in my high school who I hate- namely the guidos and trashy girls. I also don't really like how diverse it is (as bad as that sounds). </p>

You really have to be a student here to like it.</p>
<p>Rutgers was my super safety but its been pretty good. Its not all “guidos and trashy girls” although there are people on campus who fit those descriptions. There are just as many people who will make you feel very very small in comparison. Unless there’s some specific program you want at Pitt it will 100% not be worth the extra 20k or whatever.</p>
<p>My only regret is not having been born wealthy lol, Rutgers provides a great education at a more than reasonable price and the student body is truly diverse</p>
<p>My regret is not attending Rutgers earlier. I had the chance to back in 2003 when I was fresh out of high school. Unfortunately I made a few bad choices, and ended up foregoing Rutgers. But, now that I am here, I couldn’t be happier.</p>
