Are you shipping stuff to your college?

It looks like I'll be carrying two BIG bags with me on the greyhound...</p>

<p>I shipped all of my d's stuff to school through UPS ground. You can arrange pick up on-line and they will come to your house to pick up the packages (you can even ship a trunk as long as it is locked). I found the pricing to be pretty reasonable and the school's mail room did hold packages for 2 weeks so we just picked up everything on move in day. </p>

<p>also check fedex home delivery/ fedex ground which can in some cases be less expensive than the post office.</p>

<p>In addition I did do some on line shopping and had things shipped directly to D at school and picked up those things on move in day.</p>
