<p>Since harvard doesn't take any Ap Credit, if you take any tests it would be a waste, right??</p>
<p>I signed up anyway, bc it is such a slim chance if I get in, I'm not planning my life around it. Hey, if theres a 6% chance of rain, I'm not packing my rain gear!!!</p>

<p>if I do get in, then I will probably cancel my AP tests (we have to pay for them at my school - so I'd choose to pay $13 per test to cancel vs. $86 per test to take)</p>

<p>^ only for the advanced standing program, where you start at the sophomore level and only spend three years at Harvard. </p>
<p>I dont think that is the best option for me, so...no Ap credit (you can use a 5 on a language exam even without the Advanced standing though)</p>
<p>D's high school requires that every student, who takes an AP course, take the corresponding AP exam.</p>
