Hi all, I am a Fulbright grantee to pursue master degree in Southeast Asian studies in the specific area of International Economic Relaions and Trade in the States. I have a background in International Relations, and want to be a practitioner/policy maker who deals with ASEAN issues.
I found only SAIS and IR/PS-UCSD that would fulfill my need.

I wonder if IR/PS-UCSD is good or not, academics and reputation.

I wonder if Yale, Cornell or Berkeley would be good in my case too. I don't know much about Yale, but I heard that Cornell is for those being into history and Berkeley has good resources in areas of Southeast Asia.

Are there any other schools beside where I'm mentioning? Columbia, Stanford, Havard, Princeton, Gergetown, George Washington cause as far as I'm concerned they have only East Asia programs and primarily focus on only Japan, China and Korea. Insiders please come help me with this one.

Thank you in advance.
