planning to attend purdue this fall</p>
<p>it takes 12 hours to go purdue university from my house..(24 hours including return trip)
and i'm thinking air line takes 3 hours to get there (6hours total)</p>
<p>how often can i come back home?? only breaks?
is it possible to come back home on like ..holidays? such as thanksgiving?</p>
<p>It depends on your/your family’s finances, whether you can hitch a ride with someone, how often you want to go home, etc.</p>
<p>I agree, it depends on your/family’s finances. If your parents or yourself has the money for you to go back home then it’s no problem. Many people who live in the East Coast like myself(when I was there) drive to campus during BGR week then take the plane during vacations. The most popular times on going back home is during Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, Spring Break(or you might go someplace with your friends), and Summer vacation. Depending on where you live, I’m sure it doesn’t take 3 hours one-way because I flew to/from Newark, New Jersey and that was 3 hours.</p>
