Arizona(full ride) or H?

Any top AZ law firm will hire a harvard student (who has done reasonably well) as a summer associate. It is totally unneccesary to do a co-op program (if any exists). For the top AZ firms it's all about grades first then an assessment of other skills. Just be at either the top of his U of A class or do reasonably well at H and he can have his choice of summer jobs from the top AZ firms. He must perform at the top of his class at the U of A to have these jobs. No amount of co-ops will get him hired by a top firm if he doesn't do well in his course work. There is a big difference in the career paths of attorneys based on their first job and it isn't true to say any U of A grad will have equal opportunities to the top 10 U of A grads or a Harvard grad of reasonable class standing just because he wants to practice in AZ.
