ASU and Boston Conservatory are the two schools I've narrowed it down to. I haven't visited either one yet (will do that this month), but I'm wondering what your thoughts are on which one is a better school for clarinet performance (and for that matter any other factors you think are important as far as location, etc.... I hear ASU is a big party school...is that true even among the music majors)? Thanks.

I don’t know anything about clarinet at ASU specifically, but I can’t imagine that there’s anyplace in the world where the classical performance majors all get wasted at frat parties every night. There’s just no way.

Try posting this in the Music Major forum.

Oh! Sorry, I didn’t realize there was a music major forum. Thanks.
