<p>ASU has one of the top kinesiology PhD programs in the country. Their undergraduate program is quite good also. The students I knew as undergrads were all very bright.</p>

<p>Check the conditions on renewability of the scholarship. Make sure that the GPA needed is not unreasonably high.</p>
