Besides Davis Wiki reviews on this place, does anyone have their opinion?

I’m considering moving there but I live in LA and I’ll probably have to sign a lease without looking at a place because everything is filling up fast =/

Just ask them if they can fax the information over to you. All their contact info is listed on their official website.
But do you have any opinions on the place? or do you have friends who live there and have enjoyed being there?

sorry, i lived in a dorm this past year and don’t know anything about the place. I have seen a few postings before on craigslist in which the advertiser (looking for subletters) has said that Arlington Farms was a nice place to live.

We always recommend DavisWiki as a good source for reviews. You can also go onto the Arlington Farm Facebook page and ask residents what they think about the property. Each of the Tandem properties has different features and offers a different feel. Talking to a staff member about what you are looking for should help too. Here are some questions to think about before doing so…What do you want from your home community–Do you prefer a more social environment with lots of community events, or a quiet place to escape from it all? Do you want to bike or bus to campus? Does the “newness” of the apartment interior matter to you? Will you have roommates or do you want a community that can help find them for you? In the end it’s all about finding the right fit for you. Best of luck in your search for your new home.
