Army ROTC (have't committed) to Naval Academy? Possible?

Hi, I was given a 4-year scholarship (so I’d have to contract) for Army ROTC. I was rejected by USNA and I will reapply…but I am not sure if this is permitted because I heard that through ROTC, the only service academy one could apply to is West Point because it is in the same branch. Will I only receive a nomination through the ROTC commander? How about via MOCs? Thank you.

You can be in any ROTC program and apply to any Service Academy. Yes - you can still apply for and receive nominations from your MOCs. It would certainly be helpful to receive a letter of recommendation from your ROTC Commander but they specifically cannot give you a nomination.
Good Luck!

@aglages is correct.

@NROTCgrad is correct…about me being correct.

LOL. :-"
