<p>for a stafford or PLUS or direct student loan, filed after July 1, maybe 30 days if the school is on the ball, you filed the FAFSA, taxes submitted, and you are accepted to school, and you accept schools offer. Money will not go to you but to school, in your account only after you are in attendance.</p>
<p>If you submit before July 1. You may not be processed or outright rejected, according to our experience with Citibank 2002. They believe that you are submitting an application for the summer term and since you are not enrolled for the summer term, the app will be rejected.</p>
