Art and Science Double Major

<p>I am going into college undeclared but I plan on double majoring in art and a science (I'm going in undecided because I'm not sure what science I'm interested in). Would I need to submit an art portfolio with my application or should I wait until I declare my majors? Is majoring in these two areas possible in most colleges that offer both programs?</p>
