<p>I’m not sure about the quality of Yale’s art history program as compared to others (although I think its fairly safe to say that any Yale program guarantees a certain level of quality and prestige!), but I can add that when I toured Yale, my tour guide was a junior art history major from the Jonathan Edwards campus. She said that she had to to Yale as a Classics major and had dedicated most of her high school career to pursuing Classics-related interests, but when she got to Yale and took and art history course as an elective, she fell in love with the subject, professors, and program.</p>
<p>I hope that helps! Her change of heart and passion, I think, should stand testament to the program’s credibility.</p>
