Art supplement for design?

<p>My intended major is Computer Science but at many of the schools I'm looking into, I would like to minor in studio art/graphic design. I am also looking at majors in Multimedia Design/Interactive Media.</p>

<p>I have a strong background in design, and graphic and web design are things I have enjoyed exploring since a young age. Many of my extracurriculars demonstrate application of my design skills, and I talk about it in my Common App essay.</p>

<p>I am wondering if I should include an art supplement to ground my love for graphic and web designing, especially if it is something I intend to do in college. This supplement, however, will mostly just include works that I've done for my extracurriculars such as newsletters, flyers, websites, and other applied forms of design; my art supplement would not really demonstrate "artistic thinking" as they aren't really personal art pieces, but I think they do show a high quality of my skill. I am considering adding in drawings that I've done and photography pieces as well, to show thinking and perhaps just to show some variety.</p>
