<p>ok, so ive decided to submit the art supplement online but im really confused how to give the teacher recommendation, it says upload document but should it be scanned version of the letter with my teachers signature in it or can it be typed with my teachers number and address at the bottom? and about the link, is a youtube video ok for music?</p>
