Art Supplement Question?

<p>Hi everyone!
So I am very confused on what is required for the UVA art supplement. On the UVA website, they ask to turn in a cover sheet but there is also a art supplement sheet on the common application website. I asked admissions already and they said to only turn in the cover sheet, NOT the sheet on the common application website. But the common application sheet has extra requirements like music teacher recommendation and music resume so I'm wondering if I still need to turn those in too. </p>

<p>If anyone has ever sent in their own music art supplement before can you tell me exactly what you sent? </p>

<p>Definitely follow our directions. Our departments review their own supplements and they created forms that work for them. They don’t want the Common App’s stuff.</p>
