Art Supplement submission online?

I just checked my status, and there's a yellow square for the Supplement.
It seems that the online art supplement was not submitted,
but I had checked off the box indicating that I would submit it via paper.
And i don't think Stanford said anywhere on their instructions that they need and online art supplement as well. Isn't it just mail?

It’s just mail. If you sent the package with a tracking system, then you can see if Stanford received it or not.

yeah, the mail arrived within 12 hrs after sending it, 2weeks ago .
But what about the yellow square? I think i heard that happens alot. But should i be worried aobut this?

Did you review your art supplement after you submitted? because I noticed that once I review it, it turns to yellow. But if I wait maybe a day it changes to green! so I think it’s ok, as long as you see a ‘Downloaded’ sign next to it with the date.
Those color things aren’t really accurate anyway

If it remains yellow I would just email the admissions office or call them.

You shouldn’t worry about the little graphics next to the statuses, because the Common App explicitly states that they are not always accurate. I believe it is on the FAQ page or something similar.
It is the text that matters.

@Prussia!: That’s true, but if I were lyl926 I would call. Coming to your own conclusion can be a risky choice to make… I’m not saying you’re wrong, but at least if Stanford okays it then you know for sure that you’re safe. Otherwise you would just have to hope that everything is okay. Also, I do agree with you prussia. Lyl, if they get your art supp. in via mail and you turned in your common app and stanford supp in time then you should be fine… they’ll connect the dots. But just call to ensure. better safe than sorry.

Thanks to everyone who replied!
I just checked the status again right now and they’re all green triangles.
Phew…
@kira: yeah, I did review the art supplement online
