art supplement

on common app, i started with my cornell application first, assuming that i can still change some boxes after i submit it.

on cornell's application, there wasn't an art supplement link found anywhere, so on the "additional information" box, i put that i had an online portfolio available for view and gave them my website.

however, as i submitted the cornell application yesterday and moved on to another school's app, i found out that
a)you can't change anything except for the "future plan" section and
b)there was an "online art supplement" link found in the "future plan" section

so my question is: should i still do the "online art supplement" even if i put a link to my portfolio website in the "additional info" box for every application?

thank you so much and happy holidays!

i think the art supplement shows up anytime you select art in the future plans section…at least thats how it worked for me.

i can’t imagine that it would hurt!

I would do the arts supplement online even if you put the link on additional info. Makes it more official and it seems more likely that admissions would consider the common app art supplement.

by the way, I’m not planning to major in anything art-related.
