Is anybody else interested in taking part in the arts scene at Wellesley? What type of art are you interested in?
@CapybaraQueen Yes! I applied ED II to Wellesley and I’m very into film, music, and theatre!
@taianweston I love theater, what are your favorite productions?
I’m also really into studio art.
@CapybaraQueen I love An American in Paris, which recently just closed on Broadway. Some of my other favorite musicals are: Wicked, Finding Neverland, Les Miserables, Singin’ in the Rain, the Sound of Music, and Evita.
Are you already accepted into Wellesley or are you still waiting for a decision?

@CapybaraQueen I applied ED II and the decisions are coming out tomorrow evening!!! I’m so nervous!!! Was your extra-curriculars mostly art related? My extra-curriculars are all about the arts and I don’t know if Wellesley values the arts that much.
@taianweston Oh my gosh, good luck!!! Yeah, my extracurriculars were mostly art related and I submitted a supplemental art portfolio. I also wanted to double major in Art and Art History so I think it definitely helped that I had demonstrated interest in those subjects.
I think Wellesley values the arts. They want people that will create a well rounded community, so it’s probably going to help you. That being said, I do think that academics are their top priority.
Wha do you want to major in?
@CapybaraQueen I want to major in either music or cinema studies. I will probably do a double major as well. If I get in tomorrow, then we’ll become future classmates haha

@taianweston I think so? I can’t quite remember… I think most of us were just refreshing our application portals nonstop.
