Besides the Ivy League schools, what other colleges award the A.B.?

Baccalaureus.

And beats me.

And not all the Ivies are still awarding degrees in Latin.

Brandeis gave me mine, back in the day. I sometimes wondered anyone thought the “A.B.” on my resume was a typo!

Schools which grant AB (artium baccaleureus) degrees:

Bryn Mawr
Charleston
Duke
Georgetown
Georgia
Lafayette
Miami (OH)
Michigan
Mount Holyoke
Rollins
UC Davis
Vassar

MIT calls its bachelor’s degrees SB, which is scientiae baccalaureus.

Of course, doctoral degrees are commonly titled in Latin. E.g. PhD is philosophiae doctor.

Note, however, that there are some two year colleges which grant AB degrees, where the title means associate in business.

Are there any more?

Colgate University does not.

Harvard University

Okay, I’m game. I get idle curiosity, but why is this a subject worth pursuing for three days?
