Arts and Science

I know this is a wrong topic here, but help me out.

What do you actually learn in Arts and Science?
Does this help if you want to go to Business graduate school later?
What colleges offer good Arts and Science program?

Art & Science is usually a college of studies rather than an actual major. The majors can be anything and everything- art, biology, English, history, physics, etc. Business schools do NOT require an undergraduate business degree, and many top schools do not offer it at the undergrad level; they prefer to send students to law/medical/business school with a well-rounded education. Many aspiring MBA students major in economics, though.

Yeah - actually many music friends that I have (hardcore music friends by the way) usually do a double major - something useful, and music at an LAC or university so they can have the well rounded education. If you're interested in Econ, go for it. But on the other hand, you can double major. There really is (as warblersrule86 said) no prerequisite.
