Arts resume for Stanford art supplement

I havent taken any courses (unless you count 8 weeks back in summer after grade 7) and have no certificates to speak of. I've only participated in school and inter school exhibitions. But I'm really good at painting and drawing portraits. Can do a great realistic impression. (I think they can see that from the images I send them)

But I have no idea what to put in the arts resume attachment that slide room asks for. I basically just picked up a brush and painted! What do I write?!

Is it like in points etc like actual resumes or can I write an essay just talking about how I started and what I feel about my art? (Also, my common app essay was about my art. Is that going to be a problem if it seems to come up so much?)

It’s a resume, not an essay. List whatever instructional experience, accomplishments, awards, etc. you have and don’t try to fluff it up. Don’t let your lack of official recognition for your art hold you back–if it truly is great, the work will speak for itself.
