Anyone have a clue?

It used to be “in the office” deadline a few years ago. This might have changed. They are usually very clear in their instructions - so go back and check. Or, if you are too lasy to do that, have your supplement in their office by the deadline ;).

On Stanford website:

“In order to have your Arts Supplement considered in the review of your application, you must submit the Common Application and the Stanford Supplement to the Common Application by the Arts Supplement deadline. Your submission will not be reviewed if we do not have an application on file for you by the submission deadline.”

Does that mean it’s “in the office”?

If they want it “on file” by the deadline, I think this pretty much means “in the office”…

doesn’t stanford use the commonapp arts supplement? which means the recordings are submitted online…

or can we still send in a CD?

if it’s online submission, then you wouldn’t have to worry about getting it “in the office” on time.

ya I guess postmarked or not wouldn’t apply if you’re using the commonapp online arts supplement. I’m not, so I’ve to be extra careful about the dates.

Whether it’s postmarked or not, be safe and just try to ensure that it’s at Stanford by the deadline.
