Do we submit the Commonapp arts supplement for Brown? I seriously cannot find any form on the website and was wondering… thank you!

i decided not to put my arts supplement because it can sometimes make the adcoms tired…
and besides, i’m gonna be a science major…
but i couldn’t find any info either.
what major are you gonna be in?

No, you send the supplement by mail to Brown’s Admission Office.

Brown doesn’t accept CommonApp arts supplement.

what about music

thanks devlos!
mm i’m technically undecided–leaning towards psychology but yeah. i don’t really have art “extracurriculars” but ive been doing it for a while so i want to show them what i can do :)

Your welcome :). I’m doing it too :)

Good luck.

Does the supplement need to BE in their office by Jan. 1 or postmarked only? It says on their website "“Consideration cannot be given to any materials submitted after January 1. The work of Early Decision candidates must be received by the Admission Office not later than November 1.” Does submitted mean postmarked by or received by?

i think that’s only for early decision, right? for regular decision (jan 1) it seems more… vague–“submitted” can mean postmarked by, too, i think.
they actually extended their RD deadline to 4th so maybe it’s postmarked by 4th now? :] or maybe that’s pushing it too far. haha
thanks devlos! good luck to you too :D

It’s always postmarked.
