That is all for piano, I've been playing for about 10 years, should I state that somewhere in the app, or let the faculty figure that out themselves?

I also play violin. I took formal lessons for one year (11th grade, 2011-12), but otherwise I've just been following it in school. I'm in the Chamber Orchestra and I was a 2nd violin in 9th & 10th grade and became a 1st violin in 11th & currently now in 12th grade. Should I include Orchestra in this resume or should I leave it out? I put in brackets.

I don't have any legit violin repertoire, only piano rep. I want to include orchestra because I've been a part of the school orchestra since 5th grade...and I've only had ONE year of lessons...but my arts supplement audio is only my piano audition thing. No violin recording.

I'm currently the Secretary of the Orchestra and received the Sophomore Service Award in [May] 2011 (or should it be 2010?)

What should I do?
