Arts Supplement

Well i have a short film as well as a resume and recommendation from my film teacher...i was wondering which of those things i can submit through the columbia arts supplement and how that would work

I have the same question! does anyone know?

From the Columbia website (http://www.studentaffairs.columbia.edu/admissions/applications/firstyear/supplementarymaterials</a>)

“Please note that while professional resumes which detail your artistic involvement in dance, film, theatre or writing are welcome, digital video discs (DVD) and video cassette tapes (VHS), and writing samples will not be reviewed.”

I just e-mailed to ask if I could send in a letter of recommendation with my arts supplement, and they replied that if the committee thinks it’s helpful, they’ll read it. If not, they won’t. It don’t think it will put you at a disadvantage to send a letter.

yea i saw that too
i sent them a resume and recommendation just in case
