<p>In the Supplements instructions it says "If you have elected on the Future Plans page to submit either the Common App Arts or Athletic supplement, you will see a separate table below for those common supplements."</p>
<p>However, on the Future Plans page, there doesn't appear to be anywhere to say I want to submit an arts supplement?</p>
<p>In the future plans section if you chooce to submit an art supplement in more of one colleges this option will appear in supplement section for each institution.</p>
<p>Not all colleges accept the Arts Supplement - you’ll only see the question on the Future Plans page if the college accepts the Common App Arts Supplement.</p>
<p>Well, University of Chicago’s website says</p>
<p>“To submit supporting materials for music, theater and dance, or visual arts and film, use the Arts Supplement form from the Common Application.”</p>
<p>but there is no place on the Common Application to select this…</p>
<p>The instructions on the Chicago site aren’t all that clear, but the bottom line is that they will accept the Arts Supplement, but you have to mail it in.
