<p>i'd like to say CONGRATS! to all the new members of the class of '13. i'll be at welcome week next summer, working.</p>
<p>to those of you who haven't heard yet, don't give up. with all the different schools at NYU, the letters and emails probably go out in batches.</p>
<p>in this same vein, if you have not heard yet, please please please have a back-up plan in case you don't get into NYU.</p>
<p>i didn't have one when i was initially rejected and it almost ruined my college career before it started.</p>
