<p>So I applied to UMD before the November 9th deadline. I'm a nervous wreck because when I submitted my application, I was forced to use my March SAT scores. When I took the SAT over again in November, my score improved, but since the results came back after UMD's deadline, I don't think that they will consider it. My stats are excellent with the exception of the SAT scores:</p>

November Scores: 1540/2400 OR 1040/1600 (M:420;CR:620;W:500)</p>
<p>Class Rank: 180/325</p>
<p>HS Type: Well known and academically respected Catholic HS in the Philadelphia area. About a month ago, it was ranked the best private HS in my county!</p>

<p>P.S. Also, I applied as an Economics major. Probably a bad decision since Maryland has a strong economics program</p>
