<p>OK so I think im goignt here next year. And im looking forward to everything but the asians... I have only known a few in my life (as I always went to a small, expensive school) and the ones I have known have been a bit... boring...antisocial... I am not racist, I think im just ignorant. I want to celebrate the culture, I want to learn to love them. Anyone have any input?</p>

<p>If race is really an issue for you, especially asians, don’t go to UCLA. I assume you’re a reasonable person so you should have the common sense to know that those 2 asians you know don’t represent the billions of us there are in the world. </p>

<p>Asians are nice…I’ve never really been around so many Asians until I took classes at SMC. All have been really nice and helpful. Many are shy so you’ll have to make the first effort to spark up conversation. I wish UCLA was more diverse, but it isn’t! The good thing is that Asians are nice people, especially the young ones =)</p>
<p>Surround yourself with Asians. Go take a bath with a bunch of Asians and dance in the fields of Asians.</p>
