<p>I've been looking at the berkeley admissions page for a while but i can't find how many teacher recs you need. is it ok to have one teacher rec, and one counselor? explain??? thanks!!!!! im asking because the deadline is nov 30 and i need to turn in my form asap to the school</p>
<p>you don't need any letters of recommendations from a teacher or counselor unless berkeley requests them from you for scholarship purposes, etc..</p>
<p>If you send them recs, they will simply throw them away. UCs neither require nor reccommend them. Actually, if you want to get rejected by all means send them. ;)</p>
